Our Company's History

At McClure Associates, Inc., we have specialized in work relationships since 1980.

Our focus has evolved as employee violence, sexual and other forms of harassment, racial and other forms of discrimination, and other problem behaviors became recognized as elements of a hostile work environment, increasing organizational risks and liabilities.

Today, using a unique methodology developed by Dr. Lynne McClure, our principal, we help clients decrease liability and increase productivity by managing high-risk employee behaviors before they escalate to liabilities.

Our clients include Fortune 500 corporations and other high-tech, manufacturing, and service firms.
